The property also comes with a spacious rooftop and a grill. There is a private bar for an extra fee. Free parking is available.
The 2 bedrooms have 1 double and two 1.5 size comfy beds with air conditioners and ceiling fans. An ensuite bathrooms all fitted with water heaters for a hot shower.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, utensils, cutlery, glasses, mugs, etc.
The TV has Netflix and fast wifi for remote working. DSTV can be made available depending on the duration of stay.
Laundry: The apartment has a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an electric iron and an ironing board available for guests’ usage.
The apartment is fitted with a prepaid meter. This will be loaded by the owner. Guests are encouraged to turn off lights, fans, air conditioners and electrical appliances when not in use. This will allow us to keep our rates low.
